Terms & Conditions
The rules of the road for using GetZavi as a customer, vendor, or rider.
Last updated 4 June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of GetZavi's marketplace, accessed primarily through WhatsApp and the web dashboard at dashboard.getzavi.store. By using GetZavi you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. The service
GetZavi connects three sides of a marketplace: customers who want to order food, groceries, fashion or other goods; vendors who list and fulfil those orders; and riders who carry deliveries from vendors to customers. We are an intermediary — we do not produce, store or warrant the items vendors sell.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use GetZavi.
- You agree to provide accurate information (name, address, ID for riders, business details for vendors).
- You are responsible for any activity that happens through your WhatsApp number / GetZavi account.
- You must keep your 4-digit transaction PIN private. We will never ask you for it on a phone call.
4. Orders, payments and refunds
4.1 Placing an order
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy from the vendor at the displayed price plus any applicable delivery fee and service charge. The order is confirmed only when the vendor accepts it.
4.2 Payment
You can pay via your GetZavi wallet, card, Opay, or a direct bank transfer to the vendor. Card and Opay payments are processed by Flutterwave, our payment processor. Direct transfers to a vendor's account are settled between you and that vendor — GetZavi does not hold or release these funds.
4.3 Refunds
- If the vendor declines an order before fulfilment, your payment is refunded in full to the method you paid with (typically within 1–3 business days for cards; instantly for wallet).
- If you have a dispute with a delivered order, contact the vendor first through the chat. If you cannot resolve it, reply
supporton WhatsApp and our team will mediate. - Direct bank-transfer disputes are between you and the vendor and are not covered by GetZavi escrow.
4.4 Service charge
We add a flat service charge to every customer order (currently ₦200). This is shown on the order summary before you pay. Delivery fees are set per vendor and shown at checkout.
5. Vendors
- You agree to list only goods you are legally permitted to sell.
- You agree to fulfil confirmed orders accurately and within the timeframe you indicated.
- GetZavi takes a 6% commission on the subtotal of each paid order. This rate can be adjusted with advance notice and is editable by platform admins; the live rate is shown on your dashboard.
- Payouts are sent to your bank account using Flutterwave Transfers.
- Repeated cancellations, fraud, or unfulfilled orders can result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the marketplace.
6. Riders
- You agree to deliver accepted jobs safely and on time.
- You keep 80% of each delivery fee, settled to your registered bank account. The rate can change with advance notice; the live rate is shown in your rider dashboard.
- Your status (active, busy, offline) controls whether you are sent delivery offers.
- You must be properly licensed and insured to operate the vehicle you registered with.
7. Acceptable use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
