Rules that keep GetZavi safe, fair, and trustworthy for everyone on the platform.

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the GetZavi platform by customers, vendors, riders, and any other user who accesses or transacts on GetZavi via WhatsApp or any associated web interface. By registering as a vendor or using GetZavi to place orders, you agree to comply with this Policy.
2. Who This Applies To
- Customers placing orders through GetZavi
- Vendors (personal or business) selling products or services on GetZavi
- Riders fulfilling deliveries on the platform
- Business partners integrating with GetZavi via API
3. Vendor Obligations
Vendors registering on GetZavi must:
- Provide accurate business information, including a valid store address supported by genuine proof of address (e.g., utility bill)
- Only list products or services they are legitimately authorised to sell
- Keep inventory and pricing information reasonably up to date
- Fulfil orders in good faith once accepted, or promptly notify GetZavi and the customer if an item is unavailable
- Not use the platform to sell counterfeit, stolen, expired, or unsafe goods
- Not misrepresent product quality, pricing, or availability to customers
4. Prohibited Items and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on GetZavi:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any product requiring a licence the vendor does not hold
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials
- Stolen goods
- Any item or service that violates Nigerian law
- Fraudulent transactions, including fake orders, fake reviews, or manipulation of the recommendation system
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at other users, vendors, riders, or GetZavi staff
- Attempting to circumvent GetZavi's payment system (e.g., asking customers to pay outside the platform for orders placed through personal vendor accounts)
- Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to abuse the platform outside of approved integrations
5. Customer Obligations
Customers using GetZavi must:
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Make payment in good faith for orders placed
- Not submit false claims of non-delivery or product issues to obtain fraudulent refunds
- Treat vendors and riders with respect
6. Rider Obligations
Riders fulfilling deliveries must:
- Handle orders with care and deliver to the correct address
- Not tamper with, consume, or divert any part of an order
- Represent GetZavi professionally during all customer interactions
7. Enforcement
GetZavi reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any vendor, customer, or rider account found in violation of this Policy
- Withhold or reverse payment where fraud or violation is confirmed
- Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Update this Policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, please report it to us through the GetZavi WhatsApp support line or via our official contact channels.
